The Low-Down on Daily 5 – Video Series!

Hi Friends.. Thanks so much for stopping by today!  I am so excited that you have stopped in to catch my Low-Down on Daily 5 Video Series.  I am super excited to show you what my kiddos do each day during their rotations.  Each week I am going to be posting another video on the Low-Down on Daily 5 Video Series.  My videos will focus on my Work on Writing Station, my Word Work Station, my Listen to Reading Station, and my Rotations Chart.  I won’t be doing a specific video on Read to Self or Read to Someone because those are pretty self-explanatory and easy to set up.  So I am going to give you the Low-Down on my Work on Writing Station in my classroom.  This is by far the most robust station my kiddos go to each day…. and it is BY FAR…THEIR FAVORITE STATION.  They love going to Work on Writing because I keep it fresh and engaging each week!

So check out my Work on Writing video to check out all the fun that’s goin’ down in our classroom during our

Daily 5 Rotation at Work on Writing! Click this image below….

SO… Now that you watched my video on my Work on Writing Station, I have BUNDLED up most of the resources that you saw in the video. If you were to purchase each of these resources separately, you would spend $51.00!!!!!  You are going to save $16.00 on this MEGA BUNDLE and you will NEVER have to think about what is going

to go into your Work on Writing Station ever again!  See the specific resources below that are in my Work on Writing Mega Bundle!

Anna! You are incredible. I love this video as well as your video on guided reading groups. I can’t wait to see the rest! I’m sad to admit that over the years I, along with others, have stopped doing small group reading because of grade-level shifting for reading hour. Don’t ask. It’s crazy town. I’m hoping to reimplement guided reading groups next year and this gives me inspiration. I am loving your stuff and I’m pretty sure I’ll be using those tab books next year. I bet your parents do love it! You’re sending home a lot of info on what they’re learning. One question… I saw you have 3 groups (A, B, C). How long do you run each group? How long does that rotation last? An hour? Longer? Are the other kids doing other Daily 5 things while you’re with your reading group? I guess that’s more than one question!! -Hillary

Hi Anna! I have been teaching for 19 year and I have learned more from you since February than I have in the meetings I have attended!! I am excited about guided math and I am learning so much from your guided reading videos. My question is this: I have watched your lesson plan video and your Low Down on Daily 5 Writers Workshop. Love them both!! Did I miss you talking about your Word Work Station, Listen to Reading Station, and Rotations Chart? I know I am late to the party, but would love to watch them as well. Thank you for all you do!!
